Open violations
A sale, a refinance, or a complaint often stops because a Buildings Department violation is still open. We look the property up and prepare the filings to clear it. If you have a summons, start with what an ECB violation is and how to check your property, then how to resolve an ECB violation. Paying the fine does not close the record. A certificate of correction is still required unless the case was dismissed.
Permits and job tracking
A building with several open jobs is hard to watch from the management office. We track permit applications, job orders, and DOB forms, and we file them for you. The details are on the job tracking page.
Benchmarking
Covered buildings still have to report energy and water use. The Greener, Greater benchmarking page explains how we gather that information and submit it. We do not do energy modeling, and we do not design the upgrades.
